This form of parenting is also known as 'gentle parenting.'

Conscious parenting is about letting go of the parent's ego, desires, and attachments. Instead of forcing behaviors on children, parents put a focus on their own language, their expectations, and their self-regulation. Leading through example and assisting children in working through their big emotions to become healthy emotionally available and regulated adults.
